Open a main folder
Pick the folder where everything lives — notes, images, videos, PDFs, links, and more.

Create a note
Create a new .txt file in your main folder and start editing right away.

Start editing
Enter edit mode for the focused file.
Finish editing
Exit edit mode and return to navigation.

Making connections

Mention
Type [[filename]] to mention another file.

Pin mention
Add * after the closing brackets to pin to the top of the right pane.
Mention from
Type {{filename}} to mention from another file. This is temporary and disappears after the connection is made.

Move focus between files
Move up, down, left, or right between visible and stacked files in the current context.
Move focus while editing
Navigate between files without leaving edit mode.

Open the focused file
Open the focused file and see its connected context.

Jump to any file
Search and jump to any file by name.

Toggle side panes
Show or hide the left and right panes.

Paste to save as files
Paste or drag anything in. It’s saved to your main folder and automatically mentioned while editing.

Sync if you wish
It’s just a folder. Sync it with anything you like, such as iCloud.
